How a quote works
All quotes provided by Ramina Creatives are valid for a limited period, as stated on the quotation. Prices are subject to change due to supplier costs, availability, currency fluctuations, or changes in scope. A quote becomes binding only once accepted in writing and, where applicable, a deposit has been paid. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude VAT, delivery, and any additional customisation costs.
When an order is confirmed
Orders are confirmed only after written approval of the final quotation, artwork, specifications, and payment terms. Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional costs and revised timelines. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if requirements are unclear, materials are unavailable, or payment terms are not met.
Payment terms
Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or quotation. Production may only commence once the required deposit or full payment has been received. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All payments made are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Your artwork, your approval
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, text, and branding materials supplied are accurate and legally usable. Final artwork approval rests with the client. Once approved, Ramina Creatives is not liable for errors contained in the approved artwork. Colour variations may occur due to different printing methods, materials, or screens and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
How long production takes
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, customisation complexity, and supplier availability. Delays caused by late approvals, changes in scope, or force majeure events will not be the responsibility of Ramina Creatives. Urgent or expedited orders may attract additional fees.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery. Ramina Creatives is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, or events beyond our control. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If something is wrong
Due to the customised nature of most products, returns are generally not accepted unless goods are defective or incorrect. Any claims for defects or errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds or replacements will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Ownership of content
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Ramina Creatives unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Ramina Creatives retains the right to showcase completed projects for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What we do with your information
Any confidential information shared by clients will be treated with reasonable care and used solely for project execution. We are not responsible for information disclosed publicly by the client.
Our liability
Ramina Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.
Warranties
All services and products are provided as is and subject to industry standard tolerances. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free use of the website.
Events beyond our control
Ramina Creatives shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supplier failures, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
