How we handle your information.
Ramina Creatives (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2017/489296/07, of Frikkie Meyer Road, Pretoria, is committed to protecting your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you request a quote, get in touch, place an order, or sign up to hear from us, we collect what you give us for that purpose: your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the details of your enquiry or order. We do not ask for more than a form needs to do its job.
What it is used for
We use your information to prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, and, only if you sign up for it, send updates about Ramina Creatives. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Card payments
Card payments on this website are processed by Paystack. Your card details go straight to Paystack and Ramina Creatives never sees or stores them. Paystack's own privacy and security practices govern how that payment information is handled.
Cookies
This website uses cookies only to make it work, for example to remember what is in your cart. It does not currently run any third party advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated to say so.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the parties needed to fulfil your order or enquiry: our courier for delivery, and Paystack for payment. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information safe from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information to an industry standard.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it, at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
