How to shop

You will get a notification confirming that your order has been received and the next status will be “ processing “ once we start working on your order , and from there you will get notified once we have shipped the order
No , we prefer orders placed in writing via our online store, email or via our WhatsApp chat where we are able to see details of your requirements.
You are more than welcome to give us a call to enquire about anything in the business but order confirmations have to be in writing or through clearing a cart.
We recommend for customers to register an account on our site to have orders saved. If you shop as a guest the cart will clear if you didn’t complete your order

Order cancelations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order

No, collections are only available at our offices under this address: 1 Frikkie Meyer Road, Pretoria West , 0800 – If you are unable to reach our offices , our delivery fees range from R100 door to door

Returns and Exchanges
We only offer returns on items purchased within 15 days of shipment of items. Products must be returned in their packaging and in stellar condition. All returns will be subjected to a 5 % of the cost return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards.

Our turnaround time is 3-4 days for completion of items that need personalization, ready to ship items take about 1-2 days to prepare depending on stock availability. There after , allow 1-2 days for courier to deliver
You can text or email us at 0747571414. A courier will be dispatched to pick up the order, or you can drop it off at our offices at this address. Kindly note that all returns will be subjected to a R50 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Free Office Pickup
This is a convenient option that allows you to shop online and pick up your purchases at our office location: 1 Frikkie Meyer road, Pretoria West , 0800
Depending on what you ordered, our ready items are ready for collection same day before close of business
If its items that still need personalizing, orders will be ready for pickup within 3 business days. You will receive notification of your scheduled pickup time.
To collect your order, please bring one of the following:
A valid government-issued ID/ Passport Driver’s License
That’s fine! Given the high-touch nature of our service, we will require courier payment prior to the package being released to you.
Shipping and Delivery
Unfortunately not , our courier service only works Monday – Friday (8am -5pm ), orders needed over the weekend are to be collected on Friday or the following Monday , or ordered on time for shipping to be done by Wednesday
If you are around Gauteng we can book your order for same day delivery but if you are outside Gauteng we usually book them with economy rate (ECOR) which usually takes 2-5 days or overnight (OVN) which usually takes 1-2 days and costs more .
We never include receipts or inventory/packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. In terms of prices, we don’t alter any of our products by removing tags or crossing out labels – we want to keep the packaging beautiful and intact – but many of our products don’t have price tags in the first place, and when they do, they are small and subtle.
While we’re always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost
Depending on how far the parcel is in the shipping process, you can change the address.
We do not require a signature upon delivery. However, there are instances when a delivery driver may decide to require a signature upon delivery, and we unfortunately have no control over this decision. We ask that our customers diligently check the tracking information provided in their shipping confirmation email to stay up-to-date with their delivery.

Our system can only take one discount code per order, so pick your best one and use that for your order
Yes you can, as long as the item is easy to get for us , we prefer items that can be ordered online for delivery to our office so we can package with the rest of your package and courier the package all at once
